The brand was gaining traction, but their Shopify store wasn’t converting like a premium label should. Navigation, product pages, cart, and checkout flow were all optimized to reduce drop-offs and improve purchase intent. At the same time, we rebuilt the tracking infrastructure. Reliable first-party data across marketing channels gave the team clear visibility into what was actually driving sales.
