Despite trusted instructors and solid outcomes, too many prospects dropped off online. Mobile pages loaded slowly and buried the “Enroll” action beneath long copy. Packages weren’t compared clearly, start dates and locations were hard to scan, and the multi-step form asked for too much before showing times or prices. Reviews, pass-rate proof, and instructor bios were scattered, weakening trust at the moment of decision. Local SEO underindexed city/area queries, and limited event tracking hid where the funnel bled-leaving competitors with faster sites to capture the booking.

We rebuilt the site around one outcome: more student sign-ups. A mobile-first layout surfaced packages, prices, and next start dates above the fold, with a one-minute “Enroll now” flow that shows location and timeslots first, then minimal details. Sticky CTAs, click-to-call, and calendar availability reduced friction. Trust drivers-pass rates, verified reviews, instructor profiles, insurance-were woven into every step. Local SEO was expanded with city/area landing pages and optimised Google Business Profiles. GA-FOUR + server events mapped each enrollment step, letting us A/B test headlines, form fields, and CTAs. Performance work (image pipelines, script trimming, Core Web Vitals) made mobile feel instant.
